This app absolutely deserves its essentials status. Of all the apps Ive tried and enjoyed, this is the first one that inspired a review. A brilliant showcase for the potential of touchscreen computing. Every math lover should try it.

I like using this because its faster to write something out than typing it. Many times it doesnt interpret my writing correctly, but thats just what happens if you have sloppy handwriting. If you have some patience, this is so much nicer than a typical calculator.

To be brief, its quick, easy to use, intuitive, and very useful.

It just guts hard to write things sometimes so I would recommend having a "type instead" option. Otherwise, this app is my life!!!

It was fine at first, but you cant even do something as simple as a square root. I tried to find the square root of -8 and it kept having the square root symbol, -8, and "+(?)".

This app is a good calculator app. The one problem is that it doesnt recognize fractions. It is great for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and other things, but not fractions.
